Here at Begin Family Farm, our favorite use for garlic scapes is to make this delicious garlic scape pesto. When the harvest is good and we have lots of scapes to use, we make a large batch and freeze it in small portions.
In the doldrums of winter, it really brightens up a quick pasta dinner.
