Pea Shoots

Get an early taste of summer with pea shoots!  The tender tip of pea plants are only available during a short window in spring.  They taste like fresh peas and can be quickly stir-fried but are great when eaten fresh or added to a salad.

1 gal bag, approximately 4 ounces.  Wash before use.
